The Union of Professional Engineers in Finland IL ry and Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland TEK invite you to an on-site networking event at the TFiF-TEK Lounge in Aurum.

During the evening, we will watch the online training “How recruitment works in Finland – especially in international roles” together via livestream.

The event is more than just a streamed lecture:
before and after the training, there will be time to meet other union members, enjoy coffee and a light snack, exchange experiences and continue the discussion around recruitment and working life in Finland.

17:00 online training begins
18:00 online training ends – networking, discussion and questions
19:00 event ends

The online training is organized by TJS Opintokeskus. The lecture is aimed for international jobseekers and professionals who are planning to work in Finland or apply for roles in international environments. It is also suitable for anyone seeking a practical understanding of the Finnish recruitment process, workplace regulations and cultural expectations.
